My breasts feeding supply was low? What can I do?

A. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee , milk and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. You can still,eat good and healthy diet. Eat daliya with milk in it and drink twicein a day add lactonic granules in the milk. Also eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water
