#asktheexperts Hi ,my 8 month old baby is have dry skin and red rashes on cheeks, forehead chest elbows and skin is feeling also dry, sometimes it itchy and sometimes not.skin (rashes part only) also feels little hard ?? Any moisturizer for and body ??
