along with exercise, following a healthy an balanced diet is equally important.
include whole grains, millets, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats , dals and pulses, milk and milk products, adequate water .
add small mid-meals in between after 2 hours interval.
avoid junk, processed, fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar fats, refined flour.

Don't go for heavy lifting and stretch.
Walk as much as possible
Take sunbath daily
don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
