If there is a second line visible even if it is light it is generally considered positive but since Home pregnancy tests are not hundred percent reliable you should actually go for an ultrasound for confirmation of the pregnancy and the growth of the child

Since you have just mentioned and not posted any picture, we cannot conclude anything. Please check with your consulting gynaecologist for proper guidance.
