#asktheexperts Hi mam I gave birth last May which is 2020. Post pregnancy I got my first periods last month April 2nd. This month till now I didn't get. What I have to do now? Will the cycle change? Pls suggest

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then you can experience irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. its better to check pregnancy. if comes negative then there's nothing to worry about
