Q.

#asktheexperts Hi dr! there r some recipes of homemade cerelac in which rice n pulses r roasted n ground into powder.. it is given to babies by mixing with hot water n cooling down.. is it safe to give like this or need to be pressure cooked?

A. yes, all these types of cerelac use after 8 months.. Give simple food, mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana

A. Hi parent it is normal yes ma'am you can give it to your Child please start with easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
