#asktheexperts Hi Dr. Post pregnancy i have found acne on my face and dull skin. also weight gained is not reducing. during pregnancy i detected thyroid and still taking eletroxin 100mg daily as described by doctor. pls suggest some remedies.

have plenty of fluids, and Maintain healthy diet and hygine.
apply fresh aloe vera gel over face.
do daily 30 min exercise .

please take supplements given by your gynecologist
please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
