Q.

#asktheexperts Hi doctor...my daughter is 4 months old..she is suffering from cold and mild cough from 3 days...i too have cold from last 2 days..I think she has nose blockage...she is crying when she feels difficulty in breathing...I was giving medicines regularly....will it lasts until I get recover??? please suggest and help...thank you

A. it is important to give breast feeding or milk at frequent intervals to keep the child hydrated. anti cold medicines are not not given without medical consultation what you can give now is nasal saline drops which is salt water and can be given again and again to decrease nasal blockage as well as cough and cold try to prevent temperature variations around the child and keep the child well covered

U Can put nasal drops into the nose of your child that will help in opening up the most blog is yet easy breathing is going to be there also going to advise you to keep a pillow under the head of your child because when the head is elevated it is easier for a child to breathe then also and it has got no connection with you going to take its own time to be fine with it
