Q.

#asktheexperts Hi Doctor My 2 year old daughter had fever and runny nose yesterday evening. So I gave solvin cold syrup 2.5 ml to her. Now there is slight cold and fever is again there after 9.5 hours of giving solvin cold syrup. So , now I have given paracetamol 125 mg syrup 5 ml to her at 5:00 am today due to fever . Please suggest Is this medicine is correct or what should I do next?
