#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, I am suffering from cold. I have 4 months baby. Even he has cold. What are the precautions to be taken while feeding?? and which pills can I have for cold ? will it effect my baby? what to give for him?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you mat take tab sinarest for cold.. do continue breast feeding ur child. it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby. keep her in comfortable warm surrounding

mam , avoid coming in direct contact with your child expect breastfeeding ,take help from your family member to look after your child.
mam , instead of Medicine ,take mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity twice in a day.
or drink warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,drink it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
mam , for a child ,I advise to continue with breastfeeding
it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against such Infection.
