#asktheexperts Hey ! My baby is 11 months old so when can i start introducing her to solids? And we often travel a lot so what kind of edible things we can try to take with us for her?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and after the six months you can give baby semi solid food and formula milk along with breastfeeding and also you can carry baby formula milk dal soup , khichadi and fruits at the time of travelling. Take care
