ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. better to give home made cerelac..because.. Homemade cerelac is free of chemicals and preservatives and can be consumed fresh. . Home made porridges are better than commercial preparations. You can make a variety: sooji kheer, rice kheer, thick soups made from a mixture of pulses, cereals and seasonal vegetables, rice-daal khichdi, porridge etc.
