RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. Yes there can be a possibility that the skin can become dull dark and dry because coconut oil sometimes does not show the skin of the child can create multiple issues this way so if you feel anything of this sort is happening you should avoid using it
