#asktheexperts Hello Mam, please advise how to increase breast milk. My baby is 4.5 months old. my milk is decreased from. last few days

Hello dear parent, if your bahy is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. There is nothing to be worried in that case. Also babues at this age are able to drink more milk so you feel that you are jot producing enough milk.
