#asktheexperts hello. From when i can start exercises to reduce tummy as i have delivered my babies in july2020

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Go for a day Take a good care of your baby Give healthy protein rich nutritious food Stay hydrated Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge Avoid bakery products like bread and maida Stay hydrated
