Can I start core exercises to reduce mummy tummy after 6 months of postpartum? please guide.

A. yes you can start exercising however in the beginning I would recommend you to try to do light exercises like yoga then you can try to do intense yoga exercises and then you can gradually switch to exercises like planks crunches
