#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I had twins at September 2020. I am loosing lots of hair. I am not sure hair vitamins will I take while breast feeding.

Maintain hydration
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Apply onion paste regularly
Stay hydrated
Take a good care
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Take almonds and cucumbers
