SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, it is completely normal. Have calcium and iron rich food. Please take the iron and calcium supplements as prescribed by your gynaecologist as you’ll be breastfeeding it is very important. take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for your skin and hair. Use mild shampoo or herbal shampoo. Use lukewarm water to take head bath. Be relaxed to take adequate rest.
