Include food like paneer, curd, flaxseeds, dry fruits, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, sesame seeds, dry fruit , fruits, vegetables in your routine diet
Have 3-4 litre of water
Message your hairs with coconut oil heated with curry leaves and methidana seeds
Try to rest when the baby is sleeping as lack of sleep and stress of being a new mother also increases hair fall

U Should start with iron supplement for at least one year that’s going to be good I don’t Is diet is also going to be helpful a lot of these things are very important along with that you can just go ahead with using onion and coconut oil you can just prepared at home
