#asktheexperts hello doc is it ok if i wear only half day feeding bra? I feel suffocated for the full day... as all says breast will become shapeless if i dont wear....I am worried...i m mother of 2 months old boy

have healthy diet n plenty of fluids.
take adequate rest.

so it is recommended to wear a comfortable fitted bra Even you are lactating..
as uncomfortable you can remove and then again put on
