#asktheexperts hello doc is it ok if i wear only half day feeding bra? I feel suffocated for the full day... as all says breast will become shapeless if i dont wear....I am worried...i m mother of 2 months old boy

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if you fell restless can avoid using it, or opt comfortable right size bra. have healthy diet n plenty of fluids. take adequate rest. all the best

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. yes if you stop wearing bra you may get loose and sagging breast.. so it is recommended to wear a comfortable fitted bra Even you are lactating.. as uncomfortable you can remove and then again put on
