Hello doctor, can my breast go down if I don’t wear bra, i am so confused, should I wear bra or not? I feed my one year baby boy. Please suggest.

A. hi it is normal to get like this during breastfeeding or after breastfeeding. so , don't worry just wear well fit inner wear. maintain good posture. massage your breasts with coconut oil do some exercises like wall press , push ups which help to tight muscles.
