#asktheexpert shall i wear feeding bra or not? I have got2 months child. is that if i don't wear breast turns shapeless?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. can wear.. wear a comfortable, supportive maternity bra with having wider shoulder straps . It should also have support panels and adjustable back fastenings so it can expand to fit you as your body changes.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. as a lactating mother you should have wear comfortable fitted bra as to keep breast in size.. prevent loose and sagging breast.. it is recommended to feed the baby switching the breast
