Weight loss after delivery is little difficult but not impossible
Here are few tips that would help you to loose weight
Have small and frequent meals
Have jeera water on empty stomach in the morning
Do not skip breakfast
Have salad before lunch and dinner
Include more proteins like daals, paneer, egg white, sprouts, oats, dry fruits, milk, curd, quinoa with your meals
Restrict the intake of bread, biscuits, white sugar, sweets, sugary drinks, fried food and namkeen
Water 2l per day
Workout for 45 min daily

Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maids totally. Avoid munching in between.
Do simple exercise.
