Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. there is a high probability that your child is having ear infection which might be either external or internal so visit your doctor immediately becausee ear drops along with antibiotics may be required to decrease the infection and a medical examination is very important in this case and for ear pain you can give paracetamol for the time being and prevdent any water to enter the ears

Please consult an ear nose and throat specialist I think the doctor would be the right person to help you because without proper assessment we cannot tell you what could be the reason which is why I am suggesting you to consult an expert in the area that is going to be good for your child
