#asktheexperts Good morning mam My baby is 4 months old. She didn't gain much weight according to her height. May be my milk is insufficient to her. Suggest me how to increase my breast milk

A. baby is 4 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine outputWeight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side
