ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom Agar woh theek se healthy diet le raha hai aur apni age according active hai tho koi problem nahi hai . Thoda variation acceptable hai . Aap gradually usse food mein variety and quantity increase kar sakte hai
