Mam you can keep cold pack on that area but swelling in the vaginal region during the time of pregnancy wouldn’t be a very good thing to be seen so I think it’s very good for you to get it examined by your gynaecologist and she will advise you what is meant to be done for this and what may have been the reason behind it
