You should have quit feeding way back it’s not advisable to feed the child when you’re pregnant with the second child now you can Femite lotion to get rid of breastfeeding also you should take a medicine after consulting the doctor which will help in reducing or drying your breastfeed and I don’t know how safe it is going to be now because you’re almost close to your delivery in a month I hope it doesn’t affect the breastfeeding for the next baby
