#asktheexperts Frequently getting ill either vomiting or motions ever since after going to school. Any general advise to stay healthy

Zincovit 5ML1 time in a day for three months should give the supplement to the child start giving Chavanprash to the child twice a day along with that also I can recommend you to give turmeric milk to the child at least once in a day with a pinch of black pepper into it
