#asktheexperts My 5 year old keeps getting Ill very frequently. What food do you suggest to increase immunity.

A. dear parent, balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity. child's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, powdered nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger should be included.
