A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be assrociated symptoms like cough and fever which needss treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. You Give nasal drops regularly into the nose of your child for 3-5 times in a day and steam indirectly twice a day that’s what is going to help because these things are completely suitable for a child at this age so go ahead with that that’s definitely going to help
