yes you can give frozen fruit slices of cucumber, carrot, banana, papaya to your kid as chewing toy.
also you can give chilled silicon based teething rings to chew on

Not in this case because carrot cannot be giving your child is under the age of six months I’m sorry you cannot use it but yes you can use your teether or you can go ahead with using a wooden one silicon plastic all these things are pretty hard so you can opt for these things not food right now
