A. Hello there, Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Please do not give any chilled items to the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC 21 to the Baby for easy teething. Also rub baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Mother should have iron and calcium rich food items. You can also give silicon based teether to the Baby. Thanks and take care
