#asktheexperts , can we take spicy food if we are breastfeeding 4 months old baby , does it effect her in any way mam?

A. Spicy is fine but not too much spicy where it is over the top because a lot of people like to have too much of spicy food which is not good during the time of breastfeeding moderate pic of course good you can have green chilli separately little bit if you want but too much spicy specially red chilli would not be good
