#asktheexperts Can I start solid food for my baby from 5 month means in a liquid form because I don’t have that much breast milk

A. So if you don’t have breastfeeding give formula milk to the child if you are low on the milk take a lactation supplement to boost your lactation but this is not an excuse that where you can start giving food to the child a month or two before the correct age
