NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till baby complete 6 months and you cannot give baby any food till then and alternatively you can be giving your child infant formula milk and semi solids can be given after baby complete 6 months
