#asktheexperts Can I give my 1.9-year-old child dry fruits, dates, and oats every day? What quantity is appropriate? Are there any side effects of giving too many dry fruits to a child? in the form of Cerelac

A. Namaste Mom, A small fist full of nuts and seeds can be given , but at times skip it, and make sure she also taken enough fluids as well, but avoid cerelac now as she is above the age of 1 and ideal diet recommended is from regular family foods,

A. Can be given to the child from the age of seven months itself so 1 teaspoon if you’re giving a powder or little bit of amount can be given so this way I cannot suggest to the entire amount but a little bit of amount according to the age which you feel is moderate can be given to the child
