A. Hello mom you need to take rest , and have small meals , keep yourself well hydrated , try to not lift weights and bend a lot of may cause pressure in the area . Once the stitches are dried enough you can get massages done . It would help to ease you out . Have mild flavoured foods and which are easy to digest
