#asktheexperts By baby is 9 months old and she doesn't like drinking water. She always refuses it. How to give adequate water to her?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. You can try with a sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time—and that's fine, because they don't really need it.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. That’s a very common problem with kids is the water is completely baseless I do not like to have it so you can sometimes add a little bit of ORS into that sometimes you can give more of buttermilk and coconut water as well
