Hi dieting and exercising is the only way to lose on your way so you can go ahead with basic exercising after three months of your normal delivery and dieting only once you quit breastfeeding because if you start doing most of the things now then you will have weakness you will not be able to recover as soon as you can after a normal delivery and lastly you will not have proper feeding for the child as well
