Maam if you want you can get a cervical stretch done by the doctor that is going to be helpful because with that sweep stretch the cervix is going to open naturally on its own so you can go ahead with that and for further assistance what is the process to follow your doctor will advise you on that

A. To help ripen and open the cervix for labor, focus on movement and specific foods. Walking is the most effective exercise as it uses gravity to push the baby's head against the cervix. Incorporate Squats and Butterfly Stretches to open the pelvis, or use a Birthing Ball to relax the pelvic floor. For your diet, eating 6-7 Dates daily starting around week 36 can help soften the cervix. Fresh Pineapple (containing bromelain) and Red Raspberry Leaf Tea are also popular for toning the uterus. Always consult your Doctor.
