#asktheexperts at what age we can start salt n sugar?

A. You can now start as baby is 8 months old and try using Jaggery powder or coconut sugar and rock salt instead of iodised salt in cooking meals for the baby

A. hello you should avoid additional salt and sugar till kk the child complete one year..Salt and sugar should be avoided for babies as excessive consumption is harmful and can cause problems such as impaired kidney function, tooth decay, decreased immunity, etc
