#asktheexpert At what age, can my baby have sugar and salt?

A. once she complete 1 year of age.. avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney.. You can give different taste by adding Cummin powder, Curry leaves, coriender leaves, ajawain (carrom seeds), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, jaggery dates.

A. Hi parent you can give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc you can give small quantity of soji halava sira rab laddu pancakes sabudana porridge khir etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
