#asktheexperts any healthy detoxifying quick breakfast recipes or other recipes that u suggest for diwali ..since we eat so much of sweets and oily during these days

A. healthy diet one should take regularly it must be balanced with protein carbohydrate fats in proportions better to take all seasonal fruits which are very good source of nutrients vitamins and minerals
