Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl5 days agoA. Thermophob you can apply this would be good prior to that you can keep ice cream or cold pack on that area which will help reducing the swelling and after that you can use this tube and you can repeat the process 3 to 4 times in the day
