Q.

#asktheexperts after cesarean delivery, after 6th week bleeding stopped but after 1 week again bleeding started..Is that normal ?

A. Yes it is normal and it is likely that this bleeding is nothing but your period . After this period is over you may or may not get your cycles until 6 to 12 months and even if you get them they can be irregular for a period of one year.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi mommy do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration
