hi doctor m 8 months old mom and I got my period back after 5 months that was very little like one day bleeding and stopped again next month it was proper flow for 5 days after that again back in 1 week that was very little bleeding continued for 7 days then stopped and again back after 1 week little bleeding for 5 days ... can you please suggest what I can do for this ... is it normal or is it something serious...

A. can be hormone issue. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
