Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! It takes 5-6 months to recover from C-Section. You can start walking for 10-15 minutes ,go back to work from 3-4 months and normal chores but avoiding weight lifting, washing clothes, work outs, standing long hours. Have balanced diet with calcium,iron rich foods adequate water, fluids.
