In 20 months, you can include variety of foods in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, mixed vegetable soup, besan and beetroot cheela, pan cake, waffle, idli-dosa with sambhar, poha, khichdi, upma, dalia, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, rice with dal, chicken and fish curry with rice, seasonal fruits and 550-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
