A. dear mum, you can give foods like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food. give 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time. continue to breastfeed

A. All kind of dairy products and all the other foods that you have been giving since the beginning when you started giving food to the child dry fruit powder dry seeds nut powder all these things can be given to the child and make sure to give good amount of water as well
